What's Lean Solutions Group?
We're a nearshore service provider for U.S. based companies in the lean management and process optimization industry. Our offerings include bilingual personnel, IT support, BPO, Sales, logistics and facility management services. We operate in Guatemala, the Philippines, Mexico, and Colombia, with five offices located in Bogotá, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Medellín, and Bucaramanga.

What academic background do I need to have to apply for your vacancies?
We have a wide variety of vacancies available for various profiles. Therefore, we are always open to the opportunity to validate profiles with short experience. If you have any questions regarding your profile, our team will be able to advise you.
Can I do my internship with you?
Yes, you must first check with your institution to see if there is an agreement with us for your academic program. Then, we will indicate the following steps.
What are the stages of the selection process?
- Complete your registration in our web profile. Portal.leangroup.com.
- Await contact from a member of the Talent Acquisition team who will validate some information with you.
- You will be doing around of interviews with the relevant department, potentially conducted in English.
- Our team will provide guidance on the steps since may vary based on the position.
How long does the process take?
The selection process can take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the position and the steps involved in each process.
Do I receive any payment during the training?
Yes, from your start date you will receive the payment agreed upon during the interview with the area in charge since you will be operating under the signed contract.
How does the training/Onboarding work?
You will be contacted for your first day via email or by WhatsApp from the Department in charge a few days before or on the same day of admission. During the first day of training, you will be creating your profile, and corporate email and receiving the necessary material and they will provide you the steps for the rest of the week.
If I did not get a position, can I reapply?
Yes, however, it is advisable to wait at least 3 months to apply again.
What type of contract do you have?
Your contract type with Lean Solutions Group will depend on the country and position you apply for. In Guatemala, Philippines and Mexico, positions typically offer direct contracts. In Colombia, contracts through a temporary services company are more common.

As a Logistics Coordinator in the Carrier Sales Division you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and matching trucking companies with our client’s portfolio of shipments from pickup to delivery. You will be conducting strategic sales activities that includes making outbound and inbound calls to trucking companies in the United States and negotiating competitive freight rates. In addition, you will also onboard and develop new carrier relationships, supervising the track and trace of your shipments, and problem solving issues related to your shipments.
